Participation, contribution, production credit, compensation, unpaid work, prior access to materials, or involvement in a project shall not be interpreted as authorization to publicly use project materials.
5. No Assumed Permission
No individual or party may assume they have permission to use, publish, display, distribute, reproduce, upload, or share REAL-N-REEL FILMS INC. project materials simply because they worked on a set, contributed to a film, received a credit, provided services, or participated in a production.
The following do not constitute authorization:

- Working on set or in post-production

Written authorization from REAL-N-REEL FILMS INC. is required before any public use of project materials.
6. Restricted Use of Project Materials
Without prior written authorization from REAL-N-REEL FILMS INC., individuals may not publicly use, upload, publish, distribute, display, reproduce, or otherwise share:

- Behind-the-scenes materials
- Promotional materials
- Internal production materials
- Production documents
- Festival submission materials
- Unreleased footage

This restriction applies to use on:

- Portfolio websites

- Professional profiles
- Marketing materials
- Press materials
- Public platforms

7. Festival, Pre-Release, and Unreleased Project Protection
REAL-N-REEL FILMS INC. projects in development, production, post-production, private screening, festival circulation, distribution consideration, or pre-release marketing are considered sensitive and protected until approved for public release.
Unauthorized publication of stills, screenshots, clips, footage, or documentary visuals before completion, public release, or festival/distribution approval may harm project integrity, affect audience experience, compromise festival strategy, or expose documentary participants before intended release.
8. Documentary Subject Protection and Privacy
REAL-N-REEL FILMS INC. places the highest consideration on protecting the privacy, dignity, safety, and identities of documentary participants and individuals represented within its productions.
For documentaries and sensitive projects, REAL-N-REEL FILMS INC. may restrict public use or disclosure of:

- Faces
- Visual imagery
- Story details
- Personal information
- Sensitive community information
- Documentary stills
- Project materials
- Behind-the-scenes imagery
- Participant identities
These protections may remain in place until the project has been:

- Publicly distributed

- Completed through festival circulation or release processes

Protection of documentary participants, project integrity, privacy, and ethical storytelling shall take priority over personal portfolio, promotional, or publicity interests.
9. Publication Authority
Authority to publicly release, publish, distribute, or approve promotional use of REAL-N-REEL FILMS INC. project materials rests with REAL-N-REEL FILMS INC. or the designated authorized representative for the project.
Any person seeking to use project materials must obtain written permission before use. Permission may be granted, denied, limited, or revoked at the discretion of REAL-N-REEL FILMS INC., subject to applicable agreements and rights.
10. Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized publication, disclosure, display, or use of project materials may result in:
